PMCC, VFD, control, operator and branded panels — designed, wired, tested and despatched from our own manufacturing unit, so the drawings, the build and the engineer who commissions it are all ours.
PMCC & MCC Panels
Power and motor control centres with ACB or MCCB incomers, busbar sized and proven for the site fault level, starter modules, metering and protection. Fixed or draw-out construction depending on how quickly you need a module changed.

VFD & Drive Panels
Drive cubicles built around the heat the drives actually produce, with the filtering, braking and cable arrangement the duty needs — not a drive bolted into a sealed box that derates every summer.
- Thermal load calculated, ventilation or cooling sized to match
- Line reactors, chokes and harmonic filters where the supply needs them
- Braking resistors and regenerative units sized to the duty
- Screened motor cable termination done properly at both ends
Automation & Control Panels
PLC, control and relay, and unit control panels — with the controller, I/O, marshalling and network hardware mounted, wired and loaded with the logic we wrote, so the panel arrives already proven.

How a panel is built
Design, manufacture and commissioning are all ours, so there is no gap between the drawing, the cubicle and the engineer on site.

Requirement and single line
Loads, supply, fault level and duty agreed, and the single line drawn before anything is ordered.
- 02
Detailed design
GA, busbar sizing, thermal calculation, wiring and termination drawings and the bill of materials, issued for approval.
- 03
Manufacture
Fabrication, painting, component mounting and wiring in our own unit, so the schedule is ours to hold.
- 04
Inspection and FAT
Continuity, insulation and functional testing against the I/O list, witnessed by you before despatch.
- 05
Despatch and erection
Packed for the route it is taking, then placed, cabled and terminated by our own engineers.
- 06
Commissioning and handover
Energised, checked, put into service, with as-built drawings, test records and training.

Documentation is part of the job, not an extra. You should be able to maintain the panel without calling us.
